Our facility has been supporting people with care needs since 1997. We are a diverse team of new and experienced staff who have developed their skills through professional and social competencies as well as experience.

* Healthcare assistant or nurse (LG1/LG2 certificate available)
* Previous experience in care
* Good empathy and understanding for people in need of care
* Communication, criticism and team skills
* Responsibility and willingness to engage
Your Tasks
As a qualified caregiver, you will support our residents in their daily lives and promote their quality of life through individual care and support. You will pass on all important information to the staff and ensure good communication within the team.
* Empathetic and competent exchange with relatives
* Improvement of the residents' quality of life and individual, comprehensive and activating care and support
* Passing on of all care-relevant observations to the staff involved in the care process
