What you will do:
As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for critical, high-level white-collar and specialist positions across Germany and the wider EMEA region.
* Act as a Trusted Partner: Collaborate directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders, advising them on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
* Lead the Process: Oversee the full candidate journey, ensuring a high-touch, premium experience for senior professionals exploring new career steps.
* Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our internal sourcing experts to review talent pipelines and fine-tune search strategies.
* Deliver Insights: Use data, recruitment technology, and market intelligence to tailor the best hiring solutions for complex business needs.
What we are looking for:
* The Recruiter’s Toolkit: Solid experience in talent acquisition, specifically managing corporate, high-level white-collar, or specialized scientific/commercial roles.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is essential, as you will navigate both local German leadership and a global corporate matrix.
