Key Role Responsibilities
Shape a future where clear vision and professional success converge by assuming key responsibilities:
* Analyze regional/segment-specific business needs to adapt the global SAP S/4HANA system through local fit-gap analyses under deputy/hub process owner leadership.
* Steer end-to-end business process modifications (including process modeling) to meet FIT4 targets of harmonization and standardization, coordinating with entity business experts on preparatory efforts like data cleansing.
* Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy, focusing on data migration and roles setup, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Design, own test cases, and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
* Actively contribute to assigned roll-in projects within a region or segment, as necessary, facilitating global project success and harmonized best practice processes.
Required Expertise
* Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, emphasizing FI/CO knowledge.
* Established experience leading complex projects in international firms with diverse stakeholders.
* Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is advantageous.
