Your tasks
- Troubleshooting in building automation and process automation
- Construction, optimization and conversion of the automation technology of building automation equipment/systems
- Support for validated building automation equipment/systems
- Life cycle management of automation systems
- Training and support for users in handling automation solutions
- Appointed system manager for electrical engineering (ANVE)
- Ensuring the highest possible system and plant availability
- Analyzing and rectifying complex system malfunctions
- Responsible planning, preparation and processing of maintenance, calibration and repair orders
- GMP-compliant change and deviation management
- Identification of forward-looking, innovative technologies and technical solutions, as well as their evaluation and risk assessment in the Building & Site Technologies department in close coordination with the Head of Tech Cluster Assets department
- Responsible for creating concepts for the automation of building automation equipment/systems using the recognized state of the art, DIN-ISO, as well as Atex and GMP guidelines and taking into account standardization aspects in building automation equipment/systems
- Responsible for complex planning and consulting services in building automation and process automation for producers and operating technology
- Implementation of complex building automation tasks, including acceptance, commissioning and optimization, also in cooperation with other functional units and external suppliers
- Supervision, coordination and training/instruction of internal and external specialists in a varied and difficult area of supervision, also with regard to occupational safety and environmental protection
- Qualification and validation of building automation equipment/systems
Your profile
Must have:
- Engineer / technician electrical engineering / automation or comparable electrical engineering training, master craftsman helpful, but not mandatory
- Experience is desirable
- Specialist knowledge in the field of repair and maintenance, automation or in a comparable technical function
- Experience with systematic fault analysis
- Enjoy working in a team, a high degree of flexibility and willingness to learn
- Advanced knowledge of PC and Office programs
- Advanced knowledge of written and spoken German
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of relevant rules and regulations such as DIN-ISO, VDE, GMP guidelines or relevant regulations in occupational safety and environmental protection are helpful
