Your mission
* Supporting the rollout team in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of B2B software rollouts at our national and international branches
* Analyzing the adoption of B2B software at our branches with quantitative and qualitative research
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and enable them to use our B2B system landscape efficiently
* Preparing and developing training and formats to support smooth software rollouts across our 1K5° branches
* Preparing meetings, slide decks, and data migrations (data mapping, data cleansing)
Your profile
* You are enrolled at a university and contribute 20 hours per week
* You are studying Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable course of studies
* You are experienced in Microsoft office applications, especially Excel and have preferably already worked with Google, Miro and/or Notion
* You are capable of effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders
* You bring a proactive attitude and don't forget to have fun at work and within your team
* You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
