<li>Provide functional leadership and direction to the different HR-IT-Product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.</li>
<li>Steer 5 Product Owner and support them in their technical leadership role</li>
<li>Lead the management of the HR-IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and HR strategy.</li>
<li>Facilitate the delivery of international IT projects, guiding the teams to ensure successful execution.</li>
<li>Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating discussions and decisions regarding product features, timelines, priorities, expectations, and the product vision.</li>
<li>Hold full responsibility for the HR-IT budget and hold the Product Owners in the Product Group accountable for their figures.</li>
<li>Define the international strategy for internal and external workforce together with the leadership team</li>
<li>Take responsibility for negotiating contracts with external service providers and ensure contract terms and durations are properly monitored.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other HR IT Teams to ensure integrative solutions, especially where interdependencies affect multiple teams/solutions.</li>
<li>Work closely with the leadership team consisting of the People & Competence manager (PCM), the Scrum Master (SCM), and the Product Line Manager of Enterprise Applications.</li>

</div><div><ul>
<li>Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.</li>
<li>Extensive experience of 10+ years of leading teams and leading leaders using strong leadership skills incl. managing complex situation</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, specifically within HR IT.</li>
<li>Technical system understanding SAP HCM, Employee Central and SuccessFactors</li>
<li>Several years of experience in implementation of digitalization projects.</li>
<li>Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA.</li>
<li>proficient in managing transformation processes and implementing change management strategies</li>
<li>Good understanding of enterprise integration, and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is very beneficial.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.</li>
