We are supporting a well-established international company in the construction sector in hiring a hands-on Purchase Supervisor/Administrative Coordinator for their German Market.
This is a key role at the intersection of finance, procurement, and operations, with direct exposure to both local management and international HQ.

Your Responsibilities
* Manage sourcing and procurement processes, including supplier communication and offer follow-up
* Ensure timely and accurate handling of supplier documentation and invoices
* Oversee AP/AR processes, invoicing, and credit control
* Act as main point of contact for financial coordination with Italian HQ
* Support cost control and cash flow planning activities
* Prepare reports for local and corporate stakeholders

Your Profile
* 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, procurement, or similar roles
* Strong understanding of financial processes (AP/AR, invoicing, controlling)
* Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized
* Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment
* Previous experience in construction or engineering environments is a plus
