US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. Responsibilities: Interface with customers and Site Leads to ensure customer requirements and requirement fulfillment remains aligned with organizational strategy and priorities; maintaining focus on value creation for the customers. Perform recurring strategic engagement with customers. Establish or maintain customer relationships and gain the trusted advisor role with customers. Work directly with the customers to understand and develop the US BICES/US BICES-X footprint in support of EUCOM AOR missions. Familiar with US BICES and MPE architectures to provide guidance on solutions and interoperability between environments. Work directly with MPE team members to ensure coordination and interoperability of the two environments. Assist the customers with collecting and refining US BICES/US BICES-X requirements. Assist with planning and requirements capturing in direct support of organizationu2019s exercises and missions. Interact and coordinate with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff, and GDIT team to enable open and frequent communications as well as to ensure the US BICES/US BICES-X is effectively supported. Serve as the US BICES/US BICES-X subject matter expertise at technical exchange meetings and planning conferences as requested by the customers by facilitating and leading the meeting with prepared agenda, engaging during the meetings with inputs, documenting the outcome from the team inputs and preparing meeting minutes, and sending a follow-up meeting recap. Perform business development activities, including providing technical input to proposal efforts requested by the customers. Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems. Identifies, analyzes, and coordinate resolution to complex problems. Provides input for documentation on new or existing systems. Ensure Requirements tracking is accurate with the latest status and activities supporting the customer requests; engaging with the customer or appropriate requestors and technical teams to facilitate requirement scoping and fulfilments. Facilitate effective communications between the customers and GDIT team to ensure synchronization of efforts and efficient fulfillment of requirements and high customer satisfaction. Enhance collaboration across functional teams to improve knowledge sharing and problem-solving. Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 5 years of related experience, including supervisory experience required. Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Bachelors Degree Experience with Visio, Microsoft Project and SharePoint. Experience facilitating and documenting functional and non-functional requirements. Experience communicating and coordinating with cross functional teams. Experience in writing executive summary report and technical report. Demonstrable administrative and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough analysis and write up recommendations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment and ability to reprioritize based on customer needs Must achieve and maintain the Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) as defined in the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany. In order to qualify for TESA, the candidate must have one of the following: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, OR; an Associate's degree plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR; A major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR; 11 years of specialized experience. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional certification Depending on job assignment, additional specific certifications may be required The likely salary range for this position is $121,680 - $145,475. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
