We are looking for a Demand and Supply Manager (m/f/o) to strengthen our growing team.
As a Demand and Supply Manager (m/f/o) you ensure the continuous and compliant supply of pharmaceutical products to the market. Through effective demand and supply planning, you contribute to patient safety and reliable product availability.
What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory teams
• Plan and coordinate product supply with internal and external manufacturing sites
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, service levels, and forecast accuracy
• Identify and manage supply chain risks (e.g., capacity constraints, regulatory delays)
• Ensure accurate master data maintenance in SAP
• Support S&OP processes as well as Demand and Supply Review meetings
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and company policies
We Need You To Have:
• Proven experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or logistics ideally within the
pharmaceutical or generics industry
• Strong understanding of GDP/GMP requirements and pharmaceutical supply chain
constraints
• Solid knowledge of S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory management best practices
• Advanced SAP knowledge (MM / PP / SD); experience with forecasting tools and BI
dashboards is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and regulated environments
• Ability to manage pressure and make sound decisions impacting patient supply
• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level)
