Our client, a leading global sportswear brand, is seeking a Key Account Manager – Germany to take ownership of some of the most strategic retail partnerships in the region.
The ideal candidate is a digital-savvy, data-informed, and relationship-oriented professional with strong experience in the apparel, footwear, and lifestyle industry.
Lead the strategic development and daily management of top-tier accounts.
Ensure effective sell-in and sell-out strategies, backed by data, trends, and channel-specific insights.
Champion the brand’s presence across e-commerce and retail environments, ensuring premium positioning and storytelling across digital platforms and store networks.
Ensure compliance with trade terms, commercial agreements, and partner expectations.
3–6+ years in key account management or commercial roles within the sporting goods, fashion, or consumer goods industries.
~ Deep understanding of the German retail and e-commerce landscape.
Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills, with an ability to turn insights into action.
SAP, Salesforce, BI tools) is a plus.
Fluency in German and English is required.
