IT Governance Manager Responsibilities: * You are responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT governance policies to ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards * You support the creation and maintenance of IT policies and procedural guidelines * You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) and assist in integrating regulatory changes into IT processes * Your responsibilities also include the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of IT risks and controls * You take ownership of audits and compliance reviews within the IT department and develop action plans to address identified weaknesses * You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the IT department continuously meets regulatory requirements * You prepare regular reports for management on IT risks, compliance, and governance standards Profile: * You have a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or comparable qualifications with a focus on IT * You have several years of professional experience in the field of IT governance * You possess in-depth knowledge of IT compliance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001) and have experience in implementing governance structures * You are familiar with regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, VAIT, GDPR) and know how to apply them within the IT landscape of an insurance company * You work in a structured, analytical, and proactive manner * You have strong communication skills,
