Fully present — we’re 5 days a week in the office to build the energising momentum we need. What You'll Do We are looking for a hands-on Video Editor & Creator to join our Organic Content team. We are moving our video production in-house to improve efficiency and elevate quality standards. The person will work closely with Jon to handle the tactical execution of our video content — from setting up lights and hitting record to the final edit and upload. What You'll Bring Edit short-form video content with strong visual play, pacing, and retention focus (high-volume social assets such as Reels and TikToks). Edit long-form content, handling longer narratives (e.g., YouTube videos, interviews). Own production end-to-end, being responsible for the full physical creation process. This includes studio management, lighting setup, camera configuration, filming, data management, and editing. Collaborate on content strategy. While not defining marketing campaigns, you will heavily collaborate with the team on visual strategy — providing input on trending formats, what is feasible to shoot, and how to execute ideas efficiently. What Makes You a Great Fit Professional Video Editing Skills: Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Speed & Efficiency: Ability to maintain a fast workflow and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Motion Design: Basic-to-intermediate skills in After Effects for text animations and visual polish. Cinematography: Strong technical understanding of professional camera settings (ISO, shutter speed, frame rates). Why Almedia?
