Responsibilities:
1. Handling of technical inquiries: Collaboration with the R&D and Sales teams to resolve internal and external technical questions
2. Execution of sampling and trials in the laboratory and pilot plant: Support in the operation and maintenance of the pilot facility, performance of corrosion tests, and bath conversions in the lab and pilot environment
3. Documentation: Preparation of technical documents such as test reports, specifications, and application guidelines to support Sales and facilitate customer communication
4. Technical support of customer projects: Product selection and process design in collaboration with the Sales team; support for selected projects on-site
Qualifications:
5. Completed vocational training as a surface coater or electroplater, or equivalent technical qualification (e.g. electroplating technician, master craftsman, or bachelor's degree in materials science)
6. Professional experience in decorative electroplating
7. Accurate theoretical and practical approach to handling electroplating-related tasks
8. Independent and structured working style
9. Enjoyment of working in national and international teams
10. Strong communication skills
11. Business fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
12. Experience with common office software
