We are looking for a Business Development and Sales Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts to increase sales revenue.
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to clients.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
* Monitor competitors and industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
* Report sales performance to management on a monthly basis.

Requirements

", "
* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
