To support our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for you - an ambitious Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d).
We are also very happy to consider applications for the positions of bookkeeper / accountant and certified accountant.
YOUR JOB
1. You coordinate the incoming invoice process.
2. You check and pay incoming invoices.
3. You prepare and monitor payment transactions.
4. You process bank statements, credit card statements, and cash disbursements.
5. You correspond with suppliers and other departments.
6. You will assist in preparing the monthly and annual financial statements.
7. You operate relevant ERP systems, invoicing programs, and banking programs.
YOUR PROFILE
8. You have completed commercial training.
9. You have initial professional experience in the field of accounts payable.
10. You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
11. You have good knowledge of MS Office and other ERP applications.
12. You demonstrate an independent, structured and committed work ethic as well as teamwork skills.
13. Reliability and honesty are a matter of course for you.
