IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d) Site Operations

Your tasks
* You will independently analyze technical requirements and implement location and infrastructure issues in a practical manner.
* You will ensure stable technical location connectivity when planning and implementing WAN, LAN, and WLAN connections.
* You will coordinate and implement on-site rollouts and client management tasks.
* You will manage external partners in collaboration with network, security, providers, and service providers.
* You will take on incident, change, and release management for location-related applications and infrastructures.
* You will ensure sustainable operability through documentation, handover, and knowledge transfer.
Your profile
* IT training, computer science degree, or comparable qualification with relevant additional practical experience.
* Several years of experience in location and infrastructure management, particularly in network design (WAN/LAN/WLAN), security, and client rollouts.
* Practical experience in service provider management, IT infrastructure operations, and knowledge of ITSM processes
* Analytical and structured approach to work combined with organizational skills and a focus on quality
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to coordinate different stakeholders
* High level of initiative, willingness to change, and willingness to travel approx. 20% throughout Germany
