Working closely with ISCO Finance functions for manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and operations, you will support business goals and ensure alignment on financial targets. As a leader, you will mentor and develop a team of Senior Analysts and Finance Project Managers, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Finally, you will ensure that financial processes and reporting comply with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements, partnering with internal audit and external auditors as needed.
