You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
* Ensuring smooth operations in the office of the plant manager, managing appointments, and travel planning
* Preparation and follow-up of meetings and informational events
* Creation and revision of calculations, presentations, and other documents
* Compilation and preparation of key figures for regular reporting
* Preparation and distribution of general information within the plant through traditional and digital channels (e.g., employee app, MS Teams, info boards, and info screens, etc.)
This is what you bring to us:
* Commercial vocational training or a completed degree, as well as several years of relevant professional experience
* Strong organizational skills, structured and independent work style, and excellent communication skills
* Resilience, reliability, flexibility
* Confident, friendly, and professional appearance
* Very good MS Office, German, and English language skills
* Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
* Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive information
