Senior Sales Manager, Germany
We are seeking a strong and charismatic leader with a proven track record in leading oncology or specialty sales teams on a national level.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team management, ideally within oncology or specialty business.
A strong understanding of complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics is essential, as well as excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Main task is leadership of the GER sales team to fully leverage the best-in-class product Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score in breast centers and key accounts across Germany.
* The Sales Manager will be the spearhead of the whole Key Account Manager team in optimizing and strengthening the collaboration with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders.
The successful candidate will have a clean GER driver's license and be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
They will also have a high degree of flexibility to allow efficient coaching and KOL management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Development of a national sales strategy as member of DACH leadership team.
2. Implement and optimize the KOL management and Peer to peer education strategy.
3. Optimize the existing account management system in constant exchange with sales excellence team in Zug and DACH leadership team.
4. Potential driven territory management for all sales territories, specific quantitative and qualitative goal setting and optimization of business review process with Key Account Manager team.
Requirements:
* Significant pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team management experience, ideally within oncology or specialty business.
* Strong experience and track record in selling with a strong record of success promoting complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics.
* Marketing or managed care experience is a plus.
* Self-motivated.
* Strong business acumen.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Experienced and motivated coach – develop a team of top performing sales experts.
* High degree of flexibility to allow efficient coaching and KOL management.
* Life science degree/clinical experience are a plus.
* Clean GER driver's license.
