We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Consultant to provide consulting and support services across SAP S/4HANA Finance and classic SAP FI/CO. You will play a key role in delivering, optimising and transforming financial processes for customers, working independently on projects and collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams. This role offers exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformations, ECC to S/4HANA migrations and ongoing application support, making it ideal for a consultant who enjoys both project delivery and operational excellence. Requirements Provide consulting and support to customers in SAP S/4HANA Finance and classic SAP FI/CO Independently manage projects focused on the implementation and optimisation of financial processes Analyse business requirements and design, configure and implement SAP Finance solutions Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations, including migration of FI/CO data and processes Participate in carve‑out projects and system separations Support Application Management Services (AMS) teams by assisting with incident and ticket resolution Customise and configure SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance modules to meet customer requirements Deliver user training, provide ongoing support and conduct workshops (e.g. Fit‑Gap workshops) Professional Experience Several years' experience as an SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant Strong experience in analysing, designing and implementing financial processes in SAP Proven track record of leading and delivering SAP Finance projects Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or preliminary projects Technical Skills In‑depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and customising Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects Familiarity with data and process migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA Experience conducting Fit‑Gap analyses and business workshops Consulting & Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience advising customers, including at management level Strong customer‑focused and business‑oriented mindset Ability to work independently and manage project teams effectively Languages Fluent German Good command of English Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industry IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
