Your tasks
8. Creation of diagnostic system specifications for assemblies and components (onboard power supply, lighting systems, air conditioning, sensors, etc.) based on Rh diagnostics and the UDS standard at the overall vehicle level
9. System analysis of data communication between modules or ECUs
10. Ensuring the diagnostic capability of radio and communication systems (C4ISR devices) in the E/E architecture
11. Examination of the impact of errors across system boundaries, including the creation of complex error patterns.
12. Development of diagnostic concepts across multiple control units
13. Creation of fault tree analyses and root cause analyses using measurement and analysis tools
14. Support during the tendering phases and series development
15. Coordination with the technical project management, system teams and expert teams to achieve KPIs and milestones.
16. Diagnostic support in vehicle production (EOL computer) and logistics (service computer)
Your profile
17. Completed studies in the field of Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or Computer Science
18. Experience in systems engineering, system requirements and MBSE for mechatronic products
19. System experience in vehicle development according to the V-model
20. Knowledge regarding control unit topology and networking in the overall vehicle
21. Experience in E/E architecture is an advantage.
22. Knowledge of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD), UDS (ISO 14229), CAN and Ethernet
23. Experience with DOORS Classic, Cameo Rhapsody and PDM
24. Ability to abstract complex systems
25. Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
