Typical Responsibilities :
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating fund documentation, including private equity, real estate, hedge, and alternative investment funds.
* Advising on fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and governance matters across Luxembourg and cross-border jurisdictions.
* Supporting due diligence processes, investment transactions, and fund launches.
* Liaising with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
* Conducting research and providing legal guidance on emerging regulatory developments and industry trends.
