About nuuEnergy
nuuEnergy is a Climate-Tech startup from Munich that revolutionizes heating systems on heat‑pump basis and reduces CO₂ emissions in the building sector by up to 90%.
We build the new workshop homes of the energy transition. Honest craftsmanship, regional teams, the heat‑pumps are correctly planned, properly installed and long‑term maintained.
We need someone who thinks entrepreneurially about sales – not just pipeline management. A sales professional with analytical thinking, entrepreneurial action and the ability to integrate the craft as a sales asset.
nuuEnergy is led by an experienced team and supported by leading European VCs and angel investors.
We are currently in seed stage with about 20 employees.
Responsibilities
* Build, lead & scale sales: Think cross‑regionally. How to scale local workshops without losing quality? You own the entire sales area from first contact to technical hand‑over.
* Team leadership with example: Lead a small team of sales managers and craftsmen who close sales on site. You lead by example, coach them, develop scalable playbooks and set measurable standards.
* Data‑driven sales: Work with clear KPIs, build our CRM logic and dashboards (HubSpot / Airtable) independently. Use data to optimise conversion bottlenecks, regional potentials and team performance.
* Strategy & execution: Develop the go‑to‑market strategy for local workshops, test, measure and scale – real, hands‑on execution speed, no PowerPoint.
* Connect craft & tech: Understand that our craftsmen are the best salespeople and lead them so they work proudly, confidently and profitably.
* Reporting & forecasting: Build a transparent, precise reporting system that makes pipeline, revenue and quality visible in real time.
Qualifications
* Former founder, head of sales or commercial lead in a startup.
* Built sales systems independently (CRM, reporting, playbooks).
* Created sales culture and structure simultaneously.
* Data‑driven, works with numbers, funnels and forecasts but decides humanely.
* Experience in the blue‑collar environment or eager to work with craftsmen on equal footing.
* Hands‑on, clear, fast and honest.
