Your mission
In tech, we focus on two main work streams, and you will be involved in:
* Heartbeat: Building a virtual power plant leveraging our energy manager “Heartbeat” and enhancing the customer experience with our Energy Tarif Dynamic Pulse and App.
Additionally, we are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as the Chief of Staff to the VP Development. This role will be crucial in supporting the VP in driving strategic initiatives, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless communication across the department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
* You act as a multifunctional interface between stakeholders and divisions of 1KOMMA5°.
* You support the management, implementation, and coordination of operational or strategic projects with cross-location significance.
* You assist the VP Development as we expand and scale the Tech organization.
* You prepare and structure fundamental IT and technology decisions for 1KOMMA5°'s future.
* You track project progress, manage planning and reporting with the VP.
* You support the VP in daily operations and strategic issues.
Your profile
* You hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in tech, engineering, or a related field.
* You have 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in IT project planning, consulting, renewable energies, or project management.
* You are motivated to support the VP in a challenging environment and handle information discreetly.
* You understand the interplay between tech and product development.
* You are open to a challenging role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willing to travel.
* You demonstrate a hands-on approach and initiative in driving projects and critical decisions.
* You are skilled at structuring and presenting topics clearly.
* You possess analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset and can make quick decisions.
* You are proficient with Google Workspace tools and familiar with Github and Jira.
* You are a strong communicator, fluent in German and English (C1/C2).
