To support our daily operations in Europe, we are looking for a <strong>HR & Administration Specialist</strong> to join our local team and support both HR operations and office administration.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, role changes, and offboarding</li><li>Prepare and manage employment contracts, HR documents, and certificates</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems in compliance with local regulations</li><li>Support recruitment activities such as job posting, CV screening assistance, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements</li><li>Handle employee inquiries related to working time, leave, sick leave, and basic HR topics</li><li>Coordinate with external partners such as payroll providers, tax advisors, and legal consultants</li><li>Support daily office administration, including office supplies, service providers, and visitor coordination</li><li>Assist with expense reimbursement processes and administrative cost tracking</li><li>Support internal communication, meetings, and employee activities</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Your Profile</p><ul><li>Fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory</li><li>Good working proficiency in English</li><li>1–3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a similar role in Germany</li><li>Basic understanding of German labor law and HR processes</li><li>Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What We Offer</p><p><br></p><ul><li>An international and flat organizational structure</li><li>A hands-on role with real responsibility and impact</li><li>Stable, long-term development opportunities</li><li>Competitive salary, depending on experience</li></ul>
