We’re looking for a sports-enthusiast, bilingual (German/English) marketer who can craft compelling sales decks, drive high-quality marketing collaborations and produce crisp copy that elevates our brand and fills the pipeline. You’ll blend strategy with hands-on execution - balancing outreach, development of collaborations, content creation and presentation design.
Create high-impact, design-forward sales decks for client presentations (case studies, proposals, media kits) in close collaboration with Sales Managers to align on goals, objections and proof points
Identify, pitch and close new collaborations with brands, media and influencers to elevate brand perception and followers on social channels and generate qualified leads
Manage a collaboration pipeline and coordinate co-branded campaigns and activations with external collaborators aligned to the internal marketing calendar
Content Strategy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Translate complex offerings into benefits-focused messaging in both German and English
Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Content and Product Team to gather insights, iterate quickly on materials and ensure feedback loops that improve win rates and time-to-value
2–4 years of experience in marketing, collaborations/business development, sales enablement, or related roles (agency or brand-side); Strong interest in sports culture, leagues, events and fan communities, but also open to work on non-sports editorial topics (news, entertainment)
~ Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); Adobe CC is a plus).
~ Comfortable with outreach, pitching and relationship management for marketing-led collaborations; Experience in sports marketing, media, sponsorships or creator collaborations.
Understanding of performance marketing metrics and lead-gen funnels.
Basic analytics skills (UTM tracking, dashboards, reporting).
