As part of the digital product management domain, we focus on the global offering and performance of digital extras – value-adding features and services that enhance the connected car experience of the customer. Our team is responsible for analyzing and visualizing the usage and sales data related to these digital products. Leveraging the power of the cloud and responsible data handling, we work closely with markets as well as R&D and IT hubs around the world.
Our data-driven insights enable cross-functional initiatives – from developing next-generation services in a customer-centric way, to defining sales targets based on data, and initiating revenue-driving targeted marketing activities.
We are looking for you to join our team of motivated and highly skilled colleagues for an internship in the area of Digital Product Business Analytics. You will gain behind-the-scenes insights into digital sales at scale, while growing your analytical skill set. Our team offers broad support, while also giving you the freedom to bring your own ideas and take end-to-end ownership of your work.
You will be involved in these exciting activities:
1. Working on business analytics topics related to the sales performance of digital products within the connected car ecosystem
2. Using cloud-based analytics tools such as Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and GitHub
3. Supporting stakeholders across more than markets through direct collaboration
4. Developing analytics based on business demand and ensuring accuracy and reliability of your results
5. Creating tailored reports for a divers stakeholder landscape
6. Working on dashboard UI/UX design, data architecture, data pipelining, data quality monitoring and AI tasks within wider project scopes
7. Taking initiative to independently and flexibly solve real-world data challenges
The mandatory internship can start from March 6 for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
Qualifikationen
8. Degree in business informatics, business analytics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program
9. Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, Microsoft Azure, GitHub and Databricks
10. Initial experience in the areas of business analytics and big data is an advantage
11. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
12. Very good communication skills in written and spoken English, German is an advantage
13. Commitment and ability to work in a team
14. Analytical and independent way of working
