At atmio, we’re on a mission to help the oil & gas industry cut methane emissions. Our gas measurement devices make invisible emissions visible - so operators can act fast. Our software creates reports that help clients stay compliant with the newest EU regulations.
We’re a small, ambitious team, and we need someone, to help our customers get the most out of our products. As our first Working Student in Customer Success Operations, you’ll own processes, improve onboarding, and make sure every customer has a seamless experience. Earliest start date is 09.02.2026.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
* Standardize and organize customer data so onboarding and daily operations run smoothly
* Support our Customer Success Managers in handling requests and keeping things moving
* Improve internal docs and the external help center, help people help themselves
* Take ownership of milestone- or project-specific initiatives that make a real difference
* Occasionally prep decks, dashboards, and KPIs for customer meetings

Skills & Experience 💪
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* Some experience in consulting, operations, or a similar role (internship or working student)
* Excel and PowerPoint skills you can actually use
* German mother tongue
* Analytical, conceptual, structured, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Nice to have ➕
* Experience with low-/no-code automation or BI tools
* Experience making dashboards or visualizing KPIs
