Responsibilities Take ownership of, maintain, and continuously optimize the Marketing Automation Platform Further develop marketing automation processes to enhance the long-term effectiveness of personalized customer communication Develop, manage, and optimize lead funnel management (MQL to SQL) along the customer journey to enable activity-based communication that drives customer engagement, loyalty, and lead generation Refine and develop processes and guidelines for Marketing & Sales alignment, including conducting training sessions Plan and execute email marketing strategies (batch, trigger-based, nurturing, and lead-scoring campaigns) and webinars for our digital products, in close collaboration with Sales and Customer Service teams Take responsibility for the architecture and quality of marketing customer data and develop data enrichment strategies to enable data-driven, customer-centric marketing Manage the technical development roadmap, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory and GDPR standards Define and develop reports and dashboards to measure and optimize database size, health, and lead management efficiency Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing on end-to-end reporting (including MQL and SQL metrics) and with Product Marketing on content creation Work cross-functionally with departments such as Sales & Customer Service, Product Development, and IT to improve campaign quality and scalability Manage and coordinate external service providers Qualifications A completed university degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a comparable qualification 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within an international and/or B2B environment Proven hands-on experience with marketing automation, particularly Marketo or similar tools; Salesforce knowledge is a plus Strong data affinity and experience with common web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), as well as business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Looker) Experience with tracking tools, landing page tools, and basic HTML skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful, business-relevant insights Experience in developing concepts and strategies, as well as expertise in project management and stakeholder management Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in the shipping industry A communicative team player with strong customer focus, understanding of customer needs and trends, and a solid grasp of target audiences A proactive self-starter who works independently and goal-oriented, assertive, and able to build genuine partnerships Fluent in English, both spoken and written
