Als Head of Logistics Europe (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für den Aufbau, die Steuerung und Optimierung unseres europäischen Logistiknetzwerks entlang der gesamten Supply Chain von IronMaxx.

Strategisch
* Ausbau und Internationalisierung des europäischen Speditions- und Lagernetzwerks
* Entwicklung von Netzwerkstrategien für FMCG-Supply, 3PL-Steuerung und internationale Expansion
* Sicherstellung von Compliance in Zoll, Export, Gefahrgut und Lieferdokumentation
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain, Sales, Finance und Operations
Operativ
* Steuerung der Warenflüsse (B2B, B2C, LEH) von der Produktion bis zum Endkunden
* Auswahl, Steuerung und Performance-Kontrolle internationaler Logistikdienstleister
* Monitoring von Liefertermintreue, Eskalationsmanagement bei Abweichungen
* Koordination des LEH-Geschäfts mit Fokus auf Mengenmanagement und Distributionsoptimierung
Controlling & Performance
* Entwicklung und Analyse von KPI-Dashboards (Kosten, Liefertreue, Retouren, Durchlaufzeiten)
* Verantwortung für Budget, Effizienzprogramme und Prozessverbesserungen
Leadership
* Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des Logistikteams
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern
* Repräsentation des Bereichs Logistik in strategischen Projekten

As Head of Logistics Europe (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for building, managing, and optimizing our European logistics network across the entire IronMaxx supply chain.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of our European material flows – from production to the end customer – with a clear focus on efficiency, delivery reliability, and cost optimization.

Strategic
* Expansion and internationalization of the European forwarding and warehouse network
* Development of network strategies for FMCG supply, 3PL management, and international expansion
* Ensuring compliance in customs, export, dangerous goods, and shipping documentation
* Close collaboration with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Operations
Operational
* Management of goods flows (B2B, B2C, retail) from production to the end customer
* Selection, management, and performance monitoring of international logistics service providers
* Monitoring delivery reliability and escalation management in case of deviations
* Coordination of retail business with a focus on volume management and distribution optimization
Controlling & Performance
* Development and analysis of KPI dashboards (costs, delivery reliability, returns, lead times)
* Responsibility for budget, efficiency programs, and process improvements
Leadership
* Leading, developing, and motivating the logistics team
* Close collaboration with international partners
* Representing the logistics department in strategic projects
