digital healthcare software sector
is looking for motivated
IT Support Specialists
to join their expanding team. The software supports thousands of healthcare professionals across Germany in digitizing and simplifying their daily workflows.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for customer inquiries and troubleshooting
Install, configure, and maintain healthcare software and related systems (e.g., Telematics Connector, TI Gateway, card readers, firewalls)
Support customers during software updates
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Collaborate to improve software, processes, and services
What You Bring:
Completed technical education or IT-related degree with 2+ years of experience
Experience with Telematics Infrastructure, TI Connector, or health insurance card readers is a plus
Strong passion for customer service and excellent communication skills (phone & written)
Fluent German skills (C1 or higher)
Team spirit and willingness to contribute ideas to company growth
Compensation & Benefits
Salary
: €30,000 – €50,000 gross annually + ~10% performance bonus
Relocation Support
: Full relocation support within Germany (search assistance + one-time moving allowance). Payment is made after the probation period, giving candidates full flexibility to ensure a good fit. Hotel/travel support during the transition is also possible.
