IT employee (m/f/d) user/device management Your tasks
* IT ticket processing / first-level hotline
* Processing of recurring faults and inquiries using standardized procedures
* Lifecycle management
* Providing employees and workstations with IT equipment
Your profile
* Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or in a comparable professional field or demonstrable relevant specialist knowledge
* Sound knowledge of standard Office products, Windows operating systems and how IT systems work
* Experience in dealing with merchandise management systems and order/stock management is desirable
* Service mentality with polite manners
* Careful and reliable way of working
