Für ein Pharma-Unternehmen in München suche ich derzeit eine Team bzw. Projekt Assistenz:
Responsibilities:
* Meeting Coordination:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing in-person, hybrid, and ad-hoc meetings
* Document & SharePoint Management:
Maintain and organize departmental files and SharePoint content to ensure accuracy and accessibility
* Onboarding & Offboarding Support:
Manage the administrative aspects of onboarding and offboarding for internal and external employees and contractors
* Procurement & Finance Administration:
Act as the single point of contact for purchase requests (BANF), invoice processing, and accrual management
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues across departments to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency
* Communication Support:
Assist leadership with internal and external communications and related tasks
* General Administrative Duties:
Including minute-taking, calendar management, meeting room bookings, accident reporting, and IT ticket creation
* Absence & Time Tracking:
Responsible for managing absence records and time administration for the department
Professional Experience & Education:
* Educational background in Business Management, such as a certified business expert or certified business economist, or an equivalent qualification.
* At least 6 years of experience in business management roles within mid-sized to large international companies, governmental bodies, or associations.
* Proficiency in standard business software applications, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
