KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Sales Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As Business Partner Development Lead within Regional Development, you will work in close partnership with Regional Development Leadership and our GT Sales Regions to strengthen and expand partner coverage across the in-scope Grid Technologies (GT) portfolio and customer verticals. Your day will focus on supporting regional partner strategies by identifying, assessing, onboarding, and developing Sales Business Partners (Agents, Distributors) together with regional sales teams.You will collaborate with partners and internal GT stakeholders to enable effective partner setups, support sales execution, and improve partner readiness and performance. By contributing structured partner and market input to Regional Development and go‑to‑market activities, you will help regions translate GT priorities into concrete partner actions, supporting demand creation, customer engagement, and early opportunity identification — always in alignment with regional ownership and execution.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. You will identify, assess, onboard, and manage Sales Business Partners together with GT Sales Regions across in‑scope GT portfolio elements and customer verticals.
2. You will conduct structured partner assessments, support due diligence and approvals, and contribute to hands‑on onboarding and enablement to support demand creation, customer engagement, and early opportunity identification.
3. You will act as a practical interface between partners and internal GT teams to support regional sales execution.
4. In close collaboration with GT Sales Regions, you will contribute to partner enablement, performance tracking, KPI definition, and improvement actions, while maintaining regular operational engagement with partners.
5. You will provide partner and market input to Regional Development and regional go‑to‑market activities across regions, verticals, and in‑scope GT portfolio elements.
6. You will support market mapping and competitive assessments, ensure partner and customer feedback is incorporated, and work with internal stakeholders to align partner activities with GT and regional priorities.
What You Bring
7. Proven experience in partner development, channel sales, or business development roles with strong execution focus, including work with agents, distributors, and/or value‑add partners.
8. Experience operating across complex portfolios and cross‑regional sales environments.
9. Strong practical skills in partner identification, onboarding, development, and partner and market assessment.
10. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to operate effectively in cross‑functional environments without direct authority.
11. Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
12. Hands‑on, structured, and self‑organized working style, with strong ownership and accountability.
13. Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30–40%).
