The client are a rapidly growing SAAS scale-up looking to add to their team with a fully remote Account Executive based in Germany to join their international team!

Your Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, you will represent the company in Germany. You will combine outbound and inbound prospecting activities (50/50) to generate new opportunities and expand the market. Specifically, you will:
* Acquire New Customers: Identify, approach, and close deals with companies in Germany.
* Develop the Market: Create strategies to strengthen our presence in the German market.
* Build Strong Customer Relationships: Establish long-term partnerships with clients ranging from SMEs to large enterprises.
* Coordinate Implementations: Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
* Manage the Pipeline: Report progress accurately and forecast revenue effectively.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to achieve results.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 3 to 5 years in business development, preferably in SaaS.
* Sales Skills: Experience in Solution Selling; IT security experience is a plus.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
* Autonomy: Proactive and results-oriented; you thrive in a remote working environment.
* Languages: Native German (or equivalent level) and a good command of English.
