Director, Business Development - Growing Start-Up CRO - Fully Remote across DACH Region
Planet Pharma is currently working with a growing start-up clinical research organisation (CRO) that is experiencing an exciting period of growth. Due to high demand from clients, they are expanding their Business Development team.
As the Director, Business Development, you will cover the EU region to sell the company's clinical research services, including but not limited to quality services, regulatory services, and post-marketing services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and executing strategic business development initiatives to drive company growth and market expansion.
2. Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new partnership, client, and revenue opportunities.
3. Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
4. Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and executive teams to align on business objectives.
5. Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Our client seeks an experienced business development professional with extensive experience selling clinical research services to the MedTech and/or pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will work in partnership to achieve the best results for the business, fostering growth and development.
You must speak German at native level and be willing to travel for business meetings and conferences across Europe and potentially the US.
