As a Team Lead (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to bring your passion for software engineering and leadership to life in one of the most modern FinTech scale-ups. Your profile
* A completed degree in computer science or a related field
* 4+ years of professional experience and initial experience in (technical) leadership of small (project) teams
* Experience managing development projects with attention to non-functional requirements, as well as training junior colleagues
* Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language — ideally .NET C# (switching from Java is possible) — and experience with a web framework including HTML5 and CSS
* Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for our product
* Very good English skills

* Build or expand a development team together with your Tech Lead and Product Owner
* Take responsibility for planning and implementing new features, including hands-on work on tickets
* Shape, lead, and optimize processes within the team
* Promote an agile mindset and ensure bi-weekly releases with your team
* Take responsibility for training, supporting, and developing your team members, as well as organizing team events
