About the opportunity The AV Team is dedicated to empowering our colleagues towards building the bank the world loves to use. We are responsible for the strategic development and ongoing support of N26's internal Audio/Video infrastructure and collaboration services. Our primary focus is simplifying and significantly enhancing the productivity, user experience and efficiency of our systems. The current scope of our service platform, which is predominantly Google Meet, includes the management of over 150 meeting rooms, all hands event spaces, meeting room booking systems and other AV related areas. These critical systems span our major global offices across Berlin, Barcelona, Vienna, Madrid, Milan and Paris with a footprint that is continuously expanding. Day-to-day your work will include maintaining and enhancing our existing AV spaces, striving for better ways to automate and improve our AV Infrastructure. It is highly essential that our technology spaces are 100% functional due to the high usage and dependence on collaboration services. You will build positive collaborative relationships that support varied internal stakeholders. You will work seamlessly between our core IT & Workplace teams to support & deliver different projects on a global scale. AV has transformed from a 'nice-to-have' to a business-critical service. You will leverage your expertise in AV/IT technology to manage our internal audio video infrastructure Supporting AV areas such as meeting rooms and event spaces in multiple office locations Ensuring AV endpoints are 100% functional due to the high usage and critical dependence on these services Building strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including our core IT and Workplace teams, to support a wide range of needs. Installation of AV hardware, software and related AV tech products to interact & meet the needs of the organization Working with senior AV team members to deliver and execute diverse AV-related projects Setup and maintenance of N26 meeting rooms Supporting all hands space events, live streaming & broadcast audio/video events Support N26 employees in resolving problems with AV collaborative systems High level of installation and cable management implementing technologies into AV setups Supporting our meeting room and desk booking platform Working with our internal ticketing system Manage disposals of out of life hardware supporting our inventory system Maintaining and creating AV documentation knowledge base articles We are seeking an ambitious and innovative professional who has passion for tech with a proactive mindset. Installation experience of AV/IT hardware, software & cabling Experience with AV/IT video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom and Cisco Webex Knowledge of different types of cables, connections and signals Live and broadcast event support experience Good fault finding and troubleshooting skills Motivated team player & ability to work well with teams based in multiple locations Good organisation, communication and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Experience using drills & other tools would be beneficial Uphold a strong focus on customer service bringing along outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Basic IT and Networking knowledge Desire to build on existing knowledge to grow in role and advance career Nice to have: Google Meet/Zoom/Webex/Teams experience CTS qualification Accelerate your career growth by joining one of Europe's most talked about disruptors.
