Location: Germany - fully remote

Salary: €100-120K + 40% uncapped commission + benefits

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic New Business Salesperson to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and their portfolio of services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive new revenue growth. The target enterprise customer typically has annual revenues of more than £1 billion; therefore, experience of working within this market level is desired.


Key Responsibilities:


* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
* Present and sell the company’s portfolio of services to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications:


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services sales at an enterprise level.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Professional working proficiency in German
* Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly motivated and results-oriented.
