Beschreibung

We are seeking a skilled technical advisor and consultant to help prospects and customers understand how our product solves real challenges and guide them through the buying journey from initial conversation to solution implementation.


Key Responsibilities

* Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and uncover technical requirements
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations showcasing how our solution addresses customer goals
* Prepare and deliver tailored solutions to demonstrate how our product fits each customer's unique needs
* Lead technical discussions and guide prospects through solution architecture integrations and best practices
* Prepare and present proposals RFP responses and solutions
* Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners serving as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders throughout the sales process
* Gather customer feedback and relay insights to Product Management and Engineering
* Support enablement activities including creating technical documentation and reusable solution assets
* Represent the company at events, trade fairs, webinars, and workshops


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
* At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or similar role preferred
* Hands-on experience in software development or architecture with strong technical foundation in modern software development practices and technologies desired
* Excellent presentation skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
* High level of empathy and curiosity with ability to understand customer needs and pain points
* Fluency in written and spoken English; German a plus
