Your key responsibilities include: General (all levels): Prepare, present and serve high-quality dishes for our international guests across all dayparts Consistently apply HACCP standards and hygiene: labeling, temperature control, allergen handling and cleaning routines Keep your workstation clean, safe and organized; maintain equipment and tools Collaborate closely with service, stewarding, purchasing and other hotel departments for smooth operations Flexible deployment across our culinary areas : The Eatery Kitchen & Bar, Flavors, Taverne, banquet and main kitchen Level-adjusted activities: Mise en place: ingredient prep, base preparations and station readiness Support and/or execute u00e0-la-carte and banquet production per recipes/specifications Plate and present dishes to brand standards with consistent portions and timing Receive, check and store goods; rotate stock (FIFO); contribute to waste minimisation Create engaging guest moments in our open show kitchen and live settings Extended (Demi Chef / Chef de Partie): Run your own section during mise en place and service; ensure quality, timing and HACCP documentation Train, guide and support junior team members on the section Contribute to new dishes, seasonal menus and culinary concepts for our outlets Support ordering, inventory and cost awareness; uphold kitchen standards and processes Drive continuous improvement in workflow, hygiene and team training Be able.
