Enterprise Sales Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our strategic accounts within Adobe's DX business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in driving growth and retention.
1. Manage and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
2. Develop and execute strategies to grow key FSI industry accounts.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS sales.
* 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales, including experience with complex enterprise sales cycles.
* Strong coaching and people leadership skills, with a track record of team development.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
