Role Overview:
As a Go Developer, you will:
* Add new features and integrations to the platform
* Collaborate with the team to migrate to a new architecture and technology stack based on Go
* Develop backend services to support both websites and administrative UIs, working closely with front-end developers
* Diagnose and resolve production issues
* Participate in code reviews
* Be proactive and flexible in handling a variety of tasks and finding better ways to achieve results
What You Bring:
* At least 3 years of experience with Go
* Strong background in cloud environments (e.g. AWS)
* Experience working with relational databases beyond simple CRUD operations
* Proficiency in writing diverse automated tests
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team attitude
* A quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Kafka or similar message streaming technologies
* Familiarity with JVM languages such as Kotlin or Java
* Knowledge of writing distributed systems in microservices (e.g., using Spring Boot, Vert.x, or Micronaut)
