Key Responsibilities: Be responsible for general ledger accounting and bookkeeping Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements Responsible for tax management and compliance Be responsible for intercompany & AR/AP accounting and asset control Be responsible for internal control and process optimization Be responsible for budget formulation and control Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, Steuerberater) are a plus. Minimum 1 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in multinational companies. Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), IFRS, and local tax regulations. Solid experience in budgeting, controlling, and financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
