Establish team vision, operating model, and cultural foundations What You Bring Experience managing and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment. A track record of delivering complex distributed systems or large-scale infrastructure. Strong communication skills and comfort navigating high-stakes, cross-team work. Technical leadership that balances execution with long-term strategic thinking. Recent, practical coding experience to participate in code reviews and handle scoped development work Nice to Have Experience working with globally distributed teams. Background in real-time, high-throughput, or fault-tolerant systems. Exposure to financial market data or streaming data infrastructure.
