YOUR MISSION
* Develop scalable enterprise-grade solutions in collaborative engineering teams
* Apply architectural guidelines, coding standards, and best practices
* Research & implement modern Python, GenAI, and emerging technologies
* Design software with strong focus on scalability, security, resilience, and availability
* Document code and technical decisions clearly and consistently
* Present solutions to customers, stakeholders, and technical audiences
* Mentor & coach team members and contribute to technical excellence
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Strong proficiency in Python and backend software design
* Hands-on experience with Django Web Development
* Solid knowledge of HTML / CSS
* Strong understanding of databases and data modeling
* Experience with Cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
* Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
* Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern development workflows
* Strong awareness of security best practices and performance optimization
* Ability to produce high-quality technical and design documentation
