Job DescriptionPurpose and Responsibilities of the PositionThis role supports the sales department in all areas of operational business to ensure the achievement of sales objectives. At the same time, it serves as the connecting function to all other departments within the company.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependent and comprehensive handling of our project orders after customer purchase ordersSupport of national and international customers throughout the order process; acting as the main point of contact for technical inquiries and changes, and as the interface to the production plantsUse of negotiation skills both with customers and internal departments regarding delivery or special requirementsReviewing and developing technical documents and control system drawingsResponsible for scheduling and active deadline tracking of customer ordersActing proactively as an interface (Customer, Sales, Engineering, Production) and communicating order status both internally and externallyPreparation of export documentsHandling transactions with customs authorities, chambers of commerce, and freight forwardersEntry and maintenance of master and order data in the ERP systemPreparation and management of statistical analyses for quotationsInvolvement in project workQualifications Successfully completed technical training or a degree in industrial engineering (or equivalent qualification), ideally with professional experience in order processing within an industrial companyExperience in reading and interpreting control system diagrams is desirableProfessional experience in order processingConfident use of English, both spoken and written, for effective collaboration with international customers and colleaguesWe are looking for a team player with a hands-on mentality and customer orientation who enjoys working independently and in a structured waySales-oriented, independent, and responsible working styleStrong communication and organizational skillsVery good knowledge of MS Office tools and sales support software
