🔧 What you’ll be doing
As Station Manager you will have the opportunity to:
* to lead the employees of the station in technical and disciplinary terms and thus ensure the efficient, economical and qualitative painting of our customers' aircraft
* Take responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day business and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders - including the airport, customers and partner companies
* to manage the deployment of personnel, to draw up duty rosters and to ensure that the work assigned is carried out by appropriately qualified employees.
* To take responsibility for strategy development, quality assurance, cost reduction and process optimization at the station and thus make an important contribution to achieving the company's goals
* To take responsibility for compliance with all regulations and laws relating to occupational safety, working hours and fire prevention, thereby creating and maintaining a modern, safe and healthy working environment
* Provide regular reports and feedback to your supervisor
* conduct appraisal interviews and plan the personnel development of individual employees in collaboration with your line manager. If necessary, you will also initiate disciplinary measures in consultation with your line manager and thus promote the personal and professional development of your employees
* maintain existing contacts with airport representatives and suppliers and actively develop them further, thus contributing to long-term and successful cooperation
