UNIQLO UMC Graduate Programme: Step into the future of retail leadership with LifeWear.
The UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) Programme is your opportunity to bring that vision to life in business. At every step, you’ll feel your impact – on your team, your customers, and the future of one of the world’s most dynamic global retailers. Your journey begins as a sales associate on the shop floor! Deliveries & replenishment
Be prepared to be active and immerse yourself in real time operations; much of your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting.
Now it’s your turn to guide others. As a supervisor, you’ll begin leading daily operations while training colleagues and owning sales performance.
A key challenge at this stage is developing strong soft skills in people management and building trust across a diverse team. In your final stage, you’ll take on broad operational responsibility alongside your Store Manager.
Sales floor layout & optimization
Store audits & maintaining brand standards
Weekly scheduling based on sales projections
Monitoring sales KPIs and managing inventory
From team leader to business driver – this is where your leadership comes to life. During your 12 months of training, you will receive career planning mentoring, engage in business workshops with your COO, and will be invited to attend our European leadership convention, this exposure will help setting the foundation for your future success.
Our graduates consistently highlight the immense value of developing strong communication skills, customer-centric mindset, commercial acumen, and endurance.
