To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant (m/f/d) to actively shape our growth phase with technical excellence, entrepreneurial thinking, and vision.
Your Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB, as well as support with IFRS reporting topics
Preparation and execution of group consolidation activities, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation entries
Execution and monitoring of ongoing accounting processes in a dynamically growing high-tech environment
Reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet and P&L positions
Acting as a key point of contact for banks, insurance companies, auditors, and external service providers
Support in liquidity, financing, and insurance matters – particularly in the context of scaling major projects such as the CA-1 Europa
Contributing to the optimization, digitalization, and further development of our finance, accounting, and consolidation processes
Collaborating on tax-related matters in close cooperation with external advisors
Preparation of meaningful evaluations, reports, and analyses as a basis for management decisions
Maintenance and further development of our ERP and consolidation/reporting systems
Your Profile
Successfully completed qualification as a Certified Accountant / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d), or alternatively a qualification as Senior Bankfachwirt / Versicherungsfachwirt (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
Sound knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and ideally IFRS expertise
Practical experience in group consolidation (Bilanzkonsolidierung), ideally within a group structure including intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes
Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
Experience in liaising with banks and insurance companies
Solid knowledge of SAP or comparable accounting/ERP systems
Knowledge of LucaNet is a strong plus, particularly in the context of consolidation
Basic knowledge of tax law
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Structured, analytical, and independent way of working
Strong affinity for numbers, high sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm for a technologically demanding environment
